Question


I don't have an immediate access to a swimming pool, my main goal is to attain more endurance while running for swimming. How may I gain more endurance for swimming ? Is running 3.75 miles a day alright for my body or is it exerting too much energy ? I also weight train Mon,Tues,Weds,Thursday is an active rest day, Friday and Saturday are gym days as well. I try to give myself a rest on Sundays and every other Saturday.
Should I be running this much and putting this much stress on my body ? I personally feel no ache and am never sore since I deep stretch every day for an hour.
