High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is the most effective cardio exercise, burning fat 9 times more effectively than any other cardio. Also, unlike pretty much every other form of cardio, HIIT does not burn muscle mass, that is a huge reason why bodybuilders use HIIT during cutting stages.
