Why Is Goat Milk More Healthy Than Cow Milk
Why do they say goat milk is more healthy than cow milk?
The molecules of the cow's milk are too large to be digested by humans. Supposedly, it is easier to digest goat's milk. I would guess that as it is a smaller mammal, its chemical composition is more easily digested yet it would still provide calcium needed for bone health. I can remember that long ago, when children couldn't drink cow's milk, the doctor would have the parents provide goat's milk. Whether this is still the case today, I don't know. I gave up on animal milk recently, and I drink soy milk. So, when I see the doctor for my next physical, I guess I will find out if I am getting the nutrients I need to keep my numbers within the parameters recommended for good health. As far as goat milk or goat cheese, I dare not say on a forum, what it tastes like to me. Once was enough.

Why Do People Believe Milk Is Healthy
Don't you realize that cow's milk is highly acidic- which pulls calcium out of your bones? Around 300 mg of calcium per cup, and you end up with none of that. Plus blood and pus from the milking machines get mixed in- yum“Consumption of dairy products, particularly at age 20 years, was associated with
I KNOW RIGHT DID YOU KNOW THAT USA IS THE TOP MILK DRINKER AND THE WEIRD THING IS THAT USA ALSO HAS THE MOST BONE FRACTURES? THAT IS F*CKING RE*ARDED
SO GLAD YOU BROUGHT THAT UP LACTOSE INTOLERANT PEOPLE ARE LUCKY THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO DRINK IT

"Milk’s main selling point is calcium, and milk-drinking is touted for building strong bones in children and preventing osteoporosis in older persons. However, clinical research shows that dairy products have little or no benefit for bones
Dairy products-including cheese, ice cream, milk, butter, and yogurt-contribute significant amounts of cholesterol and saturated fat to the diet
Prostate and breast cancers have been linked to consumption of dairy products, presumably related to increases in a compound called insulin-like growth factor (IGF-I)
Milk proteins, milk sugar, fat, and saturated fat in dairy products pose health risks for children and encourage the development of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease
Milk and dairy products are not necessary in the diet and can, in fact, be harmful to health."

Giving Toddler Almond Milk Instead Of Cows Milk
I hear almond milk is much healthier. Why? What is the difference in the 2?
Cows milk isn't necessary for a child to drink. It is to hard for an adult to digest it let alone a young child.
Cows milk was meant for calves.
I have never given my daughters cows milk and they are doing just fine In fact they are very healthy and rarely sick.
You don't have to give your child any type of milk to drink if you don't want to. I just always gave my girls water.
They still eat dairy products, yogurt and cheese, just not milk to drink. They can get the healthy fats and nutrients from other foods.
Some people have an issue with cows milk because they don't believe we are meant to drink it. I personally would prefer to give my son a mix of almond milk and hemp milk but as the other person said there isn't enough fat content. I plan on giving my son maybe 1 cup of milk or so and give him almond or hemp milk the rest of the time.
It somewhat is fit for adults because of the fact they don't need the greater energy and cholestrol that becoming little ones and young little ones want. Milk has the fat, energy ,calcium and nutrition d that little ones want Almond milk could only settle for to little ones in the event that they are lactose illiberal. carry on with milk for the little ones it somewhat is the perfect.
Ice In Your Milk Quick Question
- why is goat milk healthy
Does anyone drink milk with ice in it? If so why? Is it healthier?
No, I do not drink ice in my milk. To be honest, I have a bit of sensitive teeth, so I can't drink it straight out of the Fridge. In terms of making the milk healthier, adding solid water (which pretty much is a perfectly neutral, pure substance) would not make it healthier. I understand how you would think that, though, because then it would be more like skim milk, with less water-to-fat ratio. The healthiest solution would be to drink water instead, because milk is just like any other food yes, it has some pretty good benefits, but it also has some downsides. (Ask your dentist next time you see him/her. He/She can explain it better.) By drinking water, your thirst will be quenched relatively faster than any other drink, and you will have no fat in it whatsoever. If there is, I'd be concerned about the source of your water. : ) in short, if you want to add the ice so that your thirst will be quenched faster, then go for it. Just letting you know that the water doesn't truly DO anything to the milk. Hope I helped. : )
Only in the summertime will I put ice cubes in my milkmostly because it's already hot & muggy by breakfast timeand I don't 'chug' my milk, I sip it between bites of my food. I can't stand milk if it's not super cold. But drinking it slowly requires some method of keeping it cold.
It is not healthier, why should It be healthier? It just makes your milk cool, that's it
I like drinking chocolate milk with ice BUT I don't like milk by itself
