What Does A Diet Of No Carb Consist Of.

What can or should i eat in no carb diet for weight loss?

You really can't do a "no carb" diet. You have to have some carbs only because you need nutrients from non-starchy vegetables and they come with carbs.
You really want to go for a "low carb" diet. That is less than 30g of carbs per day. The average western diet has 300g or more so low carb is certainly very low, but it's not zero carbs.
Next you need to understand that a low carb diet is not a low calorie diet. You shouldn't count calories and you should eat until you are full. That's important. And, in order to get your calories, you need to eat "high fat".
So a low carb high fat diet consists of non-starchy vegetables, moderate protein, and ample healthy fats like butter, lard, nuts, eggs, cheese, fish, avocados, etc. Natural fats, not man made fats. Make sure you cook your food in natural oils/fats. Don't steam or boil your vegetables. Fry them in ghee or coconut oil (that kind of thing).
I've lost 24kg/54lb eating that way. Most people are stunned at how much fat I eat. And I've lost weight doing it. Also my cholesterol blood-work is perfect.
You should eat plenty of non-starchy vegetables - green beans, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cucumbers, lettuce, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, kale, etc.
You should also eat adequate protein and good fats - grass fed meat, fish, eggs, cheeses, nuts & seeds.
You should NOT eat any sugars or starchy foods - potatoes, rice, bread, wheat, flour, pasta, sugar, honey, etc. This is a totally DO NOT EAT.
You can slip in fruit occasionally, but no more than one per day.
Only eat food that requires refrigeration, freezing or to be stored in a dark, cool place. Only eat real food.
If you can do this diet you can eat as much of it as you want. You're very unlikely to be able to eat too many calories. You will have an abundance of nutrients. And you will feel full and you will lose weight (fat) in the fastest way possible. Exercise is recommended but it is optional.

A low carb diet generally means non-starchy carbohydrates only and no starchy carbohydrates. Animal protein is combined with non-starchy carbohydrates.

Low carb diet food list:
Meats
All meats are allowed on a low-carb diet, including beef, chicken, pork and seafood. The only thing to avoid in the meat category is artificial crab meat. Meats provide a great deal of vitamins and proteins that your body needs. A low-carb diet is ideal for natural meat eaters.
Veggies
Fresh green vegetables including green beans and spinach provide iron and vitamins while being low-carb foods. Cauliflower, broccoli and zucchini are also popular low-carb, fresh veggie choices. Veggies bought for a low-carb diet must be fresh.
Fruits
The selection isn't quite as large for low-carb fresh fruits. Due to the amount of natural sugar in fruit, most of them aren't designated as low-carb. The main choices with the lowest carbohydrates and sugar are cantaloupe, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. Lemons and limes are occasionally a good choice.
Dairy
Cheeses and milks, whipping cream, yogurt, cottage cheese and eggs are all low-carb choices. This food group gives a great deal of variety to the low-carb diet, as well as providing calcium and vitamins that are good for your body.
Desserts
Sugar-free gelatin, sugar-free pudding, low-carb cake recipes and low-carb cinnamon rolls are all good desserts. Many low-carb dieters substitute Splenda brand sweetener for sugar in their recipes.
Breads
Breads are generally frowned upon as a low-carb food choice. However, there are many low-carb products and recipes that provide you with at least a small amount of bread so you don't feel deprived. The Atkins diet bread makes for a good low-carb sandwich.
