What Are Some Exercises I Could Do To Lose Arm Fat
I'm pretty okay with my stomach and legs, there not that big. but my arms are. What exercises can I do to lose arm fat? Thanks
Lift weights, and by lifting weights I mean target your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and forearms.
-incline dumbell curls
-reverse grip pressdowns
-dumbell shoulder presses
-low pulley cable crossovers
-barbell wrist curls
-reverse grip barbell curls
If you don't know what these exercises are, just google them and click on the link to exrx, which is the most helpful weightlifting site I know. For each exercise, do 2 sets of 8 reps at heavy weight, then 2 sets of 12 reps at light weight. Rest 1 minute in between sets. The weight can be whatever works for you, but make sure you don't feel comfortable.
You can either
tone (recommended) - dont use weights that are too heavy
bulk - heavier weights
I recommend toning if you want to make arms look leaner.
Only work out these muscle groups 2 times a week. The other days that you go to the gym, you can work on abs, back, calves, quads, or what have you. Good luck
PS - I just saw a poster here say that you should do bench press. Don't bother. A lot of inexperienced weight lifters think that bench pressing is an arm exercise - it isn't. It works your pectorals.

Workout looks ok. One thing I'd incorporate a little would be band exercise for shoulders. Also using a swiss ball for the core exercise helps with strength and stability. I'd add a lot of long toss into the actually baseball work. Hitting off a tee would probably be more beneficial than just taking so many dry cuts.
Offseason workouts should involve all areas of the body, concentrate on the core and lower body. running will be huge for this. I like to train by running "poles" lf foul pole to the rf foul pole. with different styles, jogging with short breaks, sprinting half way and such. just push yourself till you cant run another one every time you cant be lazy if you want to improve. hitting excersizes hit off a tee into a tarpmake sure its set up correctly. also taking 100 to 150 "dry" cuts will be beneficial.
