It is really unhealthy to lose that much weight in one month. To lose weight at a healthy pace is 1-2 pounds a week unless you are super fat. If you cut out soda alone, you can lose up to 20 pounds. Eat healthy and read the labels on what you are consuming. Remember just because it says fat free or diet doesn't necessarily mean it is good for you Take spinning class or run on the tread mill.
